Supported by a painted metal rear frame, the mirror can be hung either horizontally or vertically. Inspired by “The Phantom of the Opera,” the design serves as a metaphorical mask, revealing only the best parts of one’s reflection while concealing flaws. The mirror artfully balances beauty and distortion, with its dominant flat surface juxtaposed against subtle, surprising distortions that captivate and intrigue.
